Fabian De Marco is a credit representative (474742 ) of BLSSA Pty Ltd ACN 117 651 760 (Australian Credit Licence 391237)
A seasoned debt placement specialist with over 20 years’ expertise honed within property development finance – including land and construction finance across senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, joint venture funding – as well as experience in funds management, financial markets and retail banking.
Fabian has held senior roles for leading banks such as CBA, NAB, Citibank and Bank of Queensland, as well as global hedge fund, Superfund Asset Management.
In 2015, Fabian was appointed to the AACCI NSW Management Committee and has been re-elected for three additional consecutive terms. His role is to cultivate bilateral relations in sport and business between Australia and the Middle East / Mena Regions.
Fabian is also a mentor to a number of elite youth footballers from around the world. Those mentored include players from Real Madrid U20’s (Spain), Nike Academy (UK), Racing de Montevideo (Uruguay), as well as youth and A-League players from Western Sydney Wanderers, Sydney FC and Brisbane Roar.
